Lumbar sitting supports

Lumbar sitting supports redefine a backrest's contour, resilience, or slope for improved comfort and ergonomics. They are used in carseats, on couches and recliners, in office chairs, and sometimes for reading in bed.
Lumbar cushions can be difficult to fit. For example, you may find that a certain support matches your anatomy perfectly, but that it does not fit in your car's bucket seat, or that it is swallowed up by the softness in your overstuffed livingroom chair.
