Salli Warranty

Salli Systems / Easydoing Ltd warrants Salli products against defects in materials or workmanship which arise during the course of regular indoor use, and for normal wear of the genuine leather components, as follows:

• Five (5) years for Salli chair components, including the seat, casters, tilt mechanism, lift, base, back support, and elbow supports.
• A free additional five (5) years extended warranty on your Salli chair is available on the Salli website when you register your Salli upon purchase and complete a feedback questionaire after 6 months of use.
• Two (2) years for tables and chair accessories.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

• Leather-damaging liquids
• Falling or abrasion
• Piercing by sharp objects
• Abnormal wear and tear
• Animals or any other inappropriate use
• Corrosion in humid environments

The purchaser's sole claim shall be for repair or replacement, at the sole option of Salli Systems / Eaydoing Ltd., of any defective product covered by the warranty.

Delivery times

• Ships in 1 week if you select a configuration in stock at our Vallejo, California warehouse.
• Back Orders and Special Orders will ship upon arrival of our next container from Finland. There is no additional charge for Back Orders and Special Orders. Containers arrive from Finland approximately every four months. We will not charge your credit card until you approve and confirm your order.
• Rush orders can be shipped directly from Finland to your door in 3 weeks. Air-freight shipping charges for Rush Orders are about $100/chair.

Return Policy

• Full refund of the purchase price for Salli Saddle Chairs returned within 30 days in as-new, saleable condition with original packaging.
• Partial refund for Salli saddle chairs, once assembled and used. Try a Salli as long as you like. Return it in good condition, and we'll refund the purchase price less a $35/month rental fee or a 20% restocking charge, whichever is greater.
• No returns on Slipcovers once used.
• We do not refund shipping charges.
