It is easy to scoot around in your work area in a saddle-chair. We call it "saddle-walking".

  1. For sideways movement, push with one foot and pull with the other.


  2. For forward movement, face your breast line at a 45-degree angle, so that you move somewhat sideways. One foot pushes while the other one pulls.
