We take calls Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. We are closed on holidays and weekends.
That said, we are a very small company and each of us wears many hats. The person answering the phone may be our webmaster, our president, or our shipping clerk. At times we can't take phone calls because all hands are on deck getting a shipment out, or we're away working with a customer onsite.
