This is our favorite lumbar roll. Portable and simple to use. Easily attachable, the BifomPad provides multi-density lumbar cushioning for lateral support of the lower back. Can also be used as a mild neck rest for driving or TV watching.
If the Bifom Pad is used as a backrest, it functions best for people of average build who weigh less than 180 pounds. For heavier people we recommend supports with a structural frame system - not a support made only of foam.
