Movement distributes essential nutrients through the muscles, joints, and spinal discs, keeping them resilient. The best spinal care products support and protect the body without hindering movement. Unfortunately, more support can result in less movement.

In most cases, we recommend products that allow frequent position changes within your spinal flexibility range. Even "perfect posture" gets tiring after a while. The average person changes positions several times an hour, even when sleeping and sitting. Whenever possible, select adjustable chairs with mobile seats and backs, responsive beds and pillows, and corsets and collars that allow movement. Few spinal conditions must be held immobile.
