Credit card, check and cash payments
We honor MasterCard and Visa and also accept checks and money orders. For checks and money orders, please choose "Fax your order" when you process payment and mail us a copy of your printed order with your payment. We wait 14 days for checks to clear before processing check orders. For phone orders, please call us toll-free at 1-800-466-1341.
Open accounts
We accept purchase orders for open accounts from government agencies, municipalities, and educational institutions. For further information, please Contact Us.
International orders
Our website accepts orders only for delivery within the USA and Canada. A limited number of products may also be shipped to international destinations. Please Contact us for more information.
Special Orders
We invite your special requests. Due to the personalized nature of special and customer orders, all sales are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Cancellations
In most cases, cancellations are no problem at all. Just give us a call. However, we cannot accept cancellations for special or custom orders once they are placed in production, nor for items that have already been processed for shipment. In addition, we charge a 3% cancellation fee for orders over $500 unless the cancellation request is received before the order is processed. This is usually within 24 hours of order placement.
If we cannot cancel your order it is returnable subject to our standard return policy. Refusing delivery does not alter this policy.
