Payment

Credit card, check and cash payments

       

We honor MasterCard and Visa and also accept checks and money orders. For checks and money orders, please choose "Fax your order" when you process payment and mail us a copy of your printed order with your payment. We wait 14 days for checks to clear before processing check orders. For phone orders, please call us toll-free at 1-800-466-1341.

Open accounts
We accept purchase orders for open accounts from government agencies, municipalities, and educational institutions. For further information, please call Contact Us.

International orders

We accept orders for delivery primarily within the USA. A limited number of products may also be shipped to Canada. Sorry - No international shipping! Orders shipping to a freight forwarder will not be accepted. Contact us for more information.

Special Orders

We invite your special requests. Due to the personalized nature of special and customer orders, all sales are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Delivery and pick-up

Shipping times
We ship either from our Novato warehouse or from manufacturer's warehouses (drop ship) throughout the US. Items shipped from our warehouse ship out quickly. Drop Ship items have longer & variable delivery times as described on individual product pages.

Shipments
Merchandise ordered together is not necessarily shipped together.

We ship primarily to USA destinations. Certain items can also be shipped to Canada. Contact Us for information.

Back Designs will send your order to any street address bearing a U.S. Postal Zip Code. For APO, FPO, or PO Box numbers, please Contact Us. We'll see what we can do.

UPS & FEDEX reserve the right to decide whether or not to release a package without a signature. Some manufacturers only ship with a signature required for delivery. You may request delivery without a signature at the time you place your order. (Requests cannot be made after your order is placed.) If you request delivery without a signature, you become responsible for replacing the package if it is lost or stolen. If you wish to guarantee a delivery with a signature, please request delivery only with a signature. There is a $3 upcharge for signature confirmation service.

Please double-check your shipping address! UPS and FEDEX charge $10.00 for any address correction, and we will pass those charges on to you.

Customer pick-up in Novato, California

Your item(s) will be assembled for FREE when you specifiy the Warehouse Pick-Up option for delivery. You will be notified via email when your order is ready. When you pick it up, we'll even adjust it to fit and instruct you in it's use at no additional charge. Just ask!
