One size does not fit all
Backs, like feet, come in different shapes and sizes. Just like shoes, back products must fit your unique size and shape.
Using the shoe analogy, knowing your shoe size alone does not guarantee a good fit. Even if the shoe is in your size, you don't know it will really fit and be comfortable until you try it on. You must similarly "try on" a chair, sleep pillow, or back support to insure that it will fit and function properly. Let comfort be your guide.
To help you select each product in the "size" that fits you best, we provide as much fitting and selection guidance as we can in a catalog format. We have come up with a way to match spinal shapes (for example, deep, average, or flat spinal curvatures), body height and weight, and other individual characteristics, to the size and capacities of the product.

No long-distance fitting method is perfect. The only way to be sure a chair, mattress, pillow or other back care product really fits you, is to "try it on" before you buy. To use it for a few hours -- or a few days even. Unfortunately, this is not practical for a mail order business. Certain products are not returnable after use, such as neck pillows and mouth inflatable products. Chairs and beds, while often returnable for refund or exchange, are very expensive to ship and a challenge to repackage for safe shipment. You are responsible for all return expenses.
It will be well worth your time to visit your local backcare products dealer, where to can try the product on for size and receive fitting advice. We encourage you to explore your product options with your local vendors first, especially for large furniture items that are expensive to ship.
